Our swim program is designed to help you focus on proper swim techniques, focus on efficiency in the water and getting in a great workout. Coach Kelly Cleary is experienced in working with all levels of swimmers and helps each of them to become stronger and more efficient in the water as well as more competitive swimmers.

Open Water Swim
Want to take on the challenge of an open water race? You'll feel more confident and comfortable after you practice in the open water.
Once a month on Wednesday from 6-7 PM. Please refer to your team FB page and emails for specific dates.

Tuesday evenings - 5:30 - 6 PM cycling technique 6-7 PM coached cycling workout
Saturdays- Time Varies depending on workout, but approximately 7 AM
Pre-Season rides are indoors.
March-October rides are outdoors
On Tuesday nights we will meet at the "gate" near the lake in West Creek.
On Saturdays we will meet at the gate "TWO UP" from the lake. There is a small sign that says "Gate 3"

Become a faster and more efficient runner with our specific drills and workouts which focus on form, technique and speed. Our Thursday morning workouts are a variety of drills, speed work, hills and form workouts. We also have a Saturday group run every week where you can incorporate the techniques you have learned and join others to train for various running races during the Winter months.
March-October training includes high intensity interval training to strength and condition the body for all of the swimming, cycling and running you will do.
Thursdays- 6-7:30 AM
The track is located at the intersection of St. Christopher's Lane and Maple Avenue. Coming from Patterson Avenue turn onto Maple Avenue and about a block up you will see St. Christopher's Lane on the left and the entrance to the track on the right. Street parking is available and you can oftentimes find a spot in the small parking lot at the entrance to the track.
